Research Paper Accepted in IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics
A research paper by S. B. Mitikiri, B. A. Raju, D. Sharma, V. L. Srinivas and M. Pal, titled “Eliminating Cascaded Control Loops: A Neural Network Approach for Grid-Forming Inverters,” has been published as Early Access in the IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics. The work advances neural-network-based control approaches for grid-forming inverters and contributes to the laboratory’s research on intelligent control and renewable-energy-integrated power systems.

Indian Patent Granted for Voltage Stabilization in Renewable-Integrated DC Microgrids
An Indian patent titled “A System for Voltage Stabilization Control with Hybrid Renewable Power Sources in DC Microgrid” has been granted under Grant No. 571117 on 24 September 2025.
